Plastic Doctor Can Help Children In Need...

Doctor Who has traditionally had a strong connection with the charity Children In Need and so the superb website Doctor Who Toys is auctioning off a mint, sealed version of the rare Character Option's Sixth Doctor variant figure (in his blue coat from the 2000 animated web series Real Time), signed by the man himself: Colin Baker!

More information about the figure, and the framed picture of Colin signing it that is also part of the auction lot, can be found on the Doctor Who Toys site here, while the auction itself - over on eBay - can be found here.

Running until 8pm (GMT) on Friday, November 20 (the day of the next Children In Need telethon), the auction is open to bidders from around the globe and all of the money raised goes to Children In Need... so get bidding.

About Me

My Photo
The Acrobatic Flea
I was a regular salaryman, earning a crust with my meager writing skills, until an aneurysm tore open my aorta unexpectedly in early 2005. I suffered a stroke during surgery and a collapsed lung afterwards. I have since realised that I now have a new chance at life, which (body willing) I shall indulge in with positiveness, happiness and the good companionship of my wonderful wife. The Acrobatic Flea handle comes from the name of my favourite - and most successful - Villains & Vigilantes RPG character in the '80s.
