The 11th Doctor Has Arrived...



This is it, the start of a new era for Doctor Who... and our first chance to see Matt Smith - barring his appearance at The End Of The Time (part two) - in the role, along with his gorgeous new flame-haired assistant Amy Pond (Karen Gillan).

Oh, yes, Geronimo, indeed! Good times!!!

  1. Based on this, and the brief bit we saw in the episode ("I'm forgetting something important... oh yes, CRASH!"), I'm quite confident in Eleven. I'm not sure about "Geronimo" though, as it seems like they're trying to shoehorn a catchphrase in there.

  2. I can confess now that I (stupidly) listened to one of the leaked sound clips of an early recording of Matt Smith's acting in an upcoming episode and was not at all impressed, and had gotten rather anxious about the show's future as a consequence.

    It was a dumb ass move, of course, taking one moment (that could even have been a fluffed outtake for all I know) of untreated soundtrack as an example of the man's work...

    I think Matt Smith is going to be a brilliant Doctor and can't wait for Easter to roll round (assuming that's when the next season starts).
