Happy Birthday, Wife!

Birthday Girls - Abbie and Rachel

It's my awesome wife's birthday today and she's got the whole week off work (her first in a very long while) to celebrate that fact.

We had our traditional meal with her old schoolfriends (and their children)  at the weekend to mark both Rachel's birthday and Abbie's (which is later this week) - this year at a pub called The White Swan, in Ash (the inflatable tipper truck in the garden was a big hit with the kids... and some of the adults) - and today we're meeting up with Rachel's parents for another meal.

In between those set-pieces are a number of other birthday-orientated events, from drinks to days out at Leeds Castle.
