Blogging A Dead Horse...

The amount of negativity that emanates from the collective intelligence of our little niche community never ceases to amaze me - if it's not the "Old School Renaissance" that's dead then it's the whole concept of blogging.

Now, I'm no expert on such weighty matters, but just judging by my own gaming blogroll (in the left hand column of the blog) - which currently features just more than 150 active blogs - I'd like to point out that only about 10 to 20 per cent haven't been updated within the last two weeks.

The vast majority post new entries at least once a week and a considerable proportion of those are updated daily.

That doesn't sound like a dead medium to me.

As long as people continue to blog, then blogging can't be dead!
