This week saw the first meeting of the Tuesday Knights for my new fantasy RPG, Tekralh, which uses a heavily houseruled version of Crypts & Things as its core rules.
The gang created a very varied party that should make for some fun roleplaying and I'm now waiting for them to cross some "t"s and dot some "i"s on their characters before the campaign kicks off in earnest at the end of the month.
Unfortunately germs crept into HeroPress Towers towards the end of the week, sapping my enthusiasm and reducing me to a pitiful, Jabba-like figure sprawled on the sofa in front of the television.
In the meantime though, HeroPress has still attracted some new signings for our own adventuring party, so please join me in a rousing chorus - in the original Huttese, of course - of Lapti Nek to welcome:
- ravencrowking of Raven Crowking's Nest (an excellent old school RPG blog)
- Bruce Heard, games designer and author of several TSR D&D products, of About Bruce Heard, D&D, And New Stories (unsurprisingly, an awesome old school RPG blog)

This is weird, I've used that phrase twice in as many days recently. It helps that it's on our society's logo, but it has been on my mind.
ReplyDeleteConversely, this is the first time I've used it ;-) It felt appropriate as a "launch phrase" for my new campaign!
