Not content with launching one blog this weekend, Rachel has gone ahead and started a second - Miniatures Make Me Happy - dedicated to her lifetime love of miniature models, from dolls' houses to model railways.
Again, I invite you - if you think this is in your ballpark - to check the site out, leave her encouragement etc Expect a guided tour of her Tudor property, and her railway layout (Midale) as well as introductions to the residents of her 1/12 scale pub (The Rachel's Return) and shop (George & Millie's).
The latter two buildings are works in progress, but this year has already been pencilled in as a "year when things get done", so hopefully the progress will be chronicled as well, to give you an idea of the detailing and thought that goes into such projects.
Rachel has assured me that Miniatures Make Me Happy will be the last new blog (at least for a while), but she is finding Blogger very addictive, so I'm not sure I should hold her to that.
Tim you got your wife's blog title wrong. They make her happy, not just smile. You got it wrong twice. Quick, change it before she notices.
